Enguera in a Bubble, ORGANIC Brut Cava

The traditional method of fermentation was used so the mousse is ultra fine and it feels delightfully creamy. It’s vibrant on the palate, with bundles of green apples, grapefruit and lemon all bursting with flavour, and some very attractive biscuity notes in there too.


Marionette, Monastrell

2-3 months ageing in American oak giving its intense, potent fruit some toasted notes. Smooth in the mouth with a forceful structure, it is vivid, fruity and spicy with delicious tannins.


Nivarious, Tempranillo Blanco

Bodegas Nivarius is the only winery in La Rioja to produce solely white wines. Its 11ha of vineyards dedicated to Tempranillo Blanco is the largest planting of this varietal in the world.  Tempranillo Blanco is a genetic mutation of a single red vine discovered in 1988. This rare 100% expression of the grape is fermented in 3500 ltr French oak vats and aged on the lees for 7 months.


Kabuto ORGANIC Bobal, Para Jimenez

Red cherry with blue-ish edging and violet reflections. Mixture of aromas from a medium toast, highlighting smoky aromas, vanilla and hazelnut. “Primary” flavours from the grape and tannin of the Bobal blended with black fruit and red berries.


Finca Fabian, ORGANIC Chardonnay

A delightful, un-oaked, summery, light wine from the heart of Spain. Harvested at night to ensure better sugar levels, acid and 'aromatics' – the scents that linger after the grapes go into the bottle. It has a ripe bouquet of pineapple and is full-flavoured and crisp like a Granny Smith with a tropical fruit finish.


Vallemayor, Rioja Crianza

Typically Riojan blend of 90% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo and 5% Graciano –.  Aromas of black cherry and dark fruits, toasty notes from the wood and secondary sensations from the malolactic fermentation.  American and French oak are used to give these wines a rich complexity.  The oak casks are replaced every 6 months to ensure the highest quality.
