Background Information
Jacques Frelin is a pioneer of the French organic wine movement since 1983. Originally from the Vendée region he worked initially with his now ex-wife at Domaine de Clairac, then with Louis Andrieu and Olivier Azan. He now runs the operation singlehandedly but with the backing of his old friend Frédéric Lachaux.
